Counselling and Pyschotherapy in Pembrokeshire

I am an experienced counsellor/psychotherapist, working for the NHS and in private practice at my home in South Pembrokeshire. I also teach counselling for a university in South Wales. I am a generalist therapist and my specialist areas are trauma, addiction, abuse and bereavement. 

My approach is based on Psychosynthesis which is concerned with the realisation of unique individual potential and the harmonisation of all elements of the personality including the body, mind, feelings and spirit. It is a creative and flexible approach that can be adapted to the individual needs of each person. 

No issue is trivial, and no issue is too great or too small. Through increased self-knowledge, we can all acquire a sense of freedom and purpose, which gives us more choice.
